Thấy vậy, tôi vào bình luận: Trong mảng HR làm gì có vị trí nào là Hr analytics như bạn nói. Cái kiến thức Analytics chỉ là 1 năng lực cao cấp cho các vị trí như CHRO, HRM hoặc HRBP.
Còn vị trí theo dõi và quản trị hiệu suất kpi thì may ra có công ty.
Bạn mới tốt nghiệp thì chưa đủ năng lực tiếp cận mấy khoá học này. Học viên của mình đã đi làm vài năm cũng khó khăn khi tiếp cận các nội dung hướng dẫn quản trị hiệu suất do đòi hỏi phải biết rộng.
